Vision of Youth:

This lovely couple completed a 5K on Saturday as part of the 70+ age group!! He finished 3.1 miles in 37 minutes then turned back around and walked/ran back to his wife and walked with her to the finish line to finish in 1 hour!

While walking and photographing a 5K on Saturday I spotted this birds nest in a 'yellow bell" bush on the side of the road-thought it was a pretty sweet spot!
